Al-Kaabi participates in the Arbaeen ritual in Baghdad

The First Deputy Speaker Hasan Karim al-Kaabi participated on Tuesday 30/10/2018 in the Arbaeen ritual in Baghdad. He also walked down the streets of the province of Karbala and the roads leading to it, to check on the processions and security plans prepared for the Arbaeeniyya.
