Al-Haddad gets acquainted with the situation of the displaced people in camps in Dohuk

Deputy Speaker Dr. Bashir al-Haddad accompanied by a delegation of Representatives of Erbil And Nineveh visited camps for displaced people (Kabrtu 1 – Kubrtu 2) in Duhok governorate, which contains 6000 tents divided into two camps, the number of families reaches about 5600 families, while the statistics confirmed the existence of 27000 displaced people, 80% of them Yezidi and 20% of the Kurdish Muslims.
Al-Haddad toured with the Deputy Governor of Dohuk Governorate for Affairs of Displaced Persons and Refugees Mr. Ismail Mohamed Ahmed, and was informed of the numbers of displaced families and their needs, especially in winter. AL-Haddad also spoke directly with the children of displaced families and listened to their daily suffering and stressed the importance of intensifying efforts to provide urgent assistance and daily necessities to them, pointing out the need to coordinate continuous field visits to catch up on the suffering of the displaced people in the camps.
