Al-Halboosi receives elders and notables of Abu Ghraib district

The Parliament Speaker Mohammed al-Halboosi received on Saturday a delegation of sheikhs, notables and intellectuals of Abu Ghraib district, accompanied by MP Karim Abu Souda and members of the local council of the district.

During the meeting, H.E. the Speaker listened to the problems and obstacles facing the district, which stand in the way of developing the services in it, as well as the compensation file for those affected by terrorist operations.

He affirmed the keenness of the Parliament to follow up on these files, pointing to the importance of uniting all efforts to promote the reality of the district, the cooperation between citizens and security services, and the need to keep the tribes away from interfering with the law which should be above all in order to achieve stability.
