Al-Halboosi receives the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs

The Parliament Speaker Mohammed al-Halboosi received the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Mr. Adel al-Rikabi.

The meeting discussed the Ministry’s plan of action and ways to support it, in a way that contributes to improving its performance towards the concerned segments.

The meeting discussed the salary file of the social protection network and the controls and instructions adopted by the Ministry in covering the beneficiaries and the importance of amending them.

The file for the development of the lending fund and the granting of soft loans that generate income for the unemployed were also discussed, as well as the need to provide employment opportunities for the unemployed and to coordinate with international organizations to support the ministry in this field.
