Al Haddad on the 37th anniversary of the Anfal crimes against the Barzanians emphasizes the need to remind the world of the hideous crime, and to activate the constitutional articles and laws to compensate the families of martyrs financially and morally.  

The Eminence Deputy Speaker of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, Dr. Bashir Khalil Al-Haddad, deprecated the tragedy of the crimes committed against the people of Kurdistan by the defunct regime of the genocide campaign against the Barzanians,

Al-Haddad stressed the importance of commemorating the annihilation of the Barzanians to remind the world of the hideous of these crimes against our Kurdish people, This crime and tragedies that followed, the destruction of villages and the demolition of homes did not dissuade the Kurds from their determination to achieve the hopes and aspirations of the people of Kurdistan.

While Al-Haddad asked for the necessity of activating the constitutional articles and federal laws to compensate the families of the martyrs and the affected financially and morally, and to compensate all the components of the Iraqi people who suffered the tragedies in the past era.
