Al-Kaabi files a lawsuit against Riyadh al-Adadh

The First Deputy Speaker Hassan Al-Kaabi addressed the legal department in the Council of Representatives to file a lawsuit against the dissolved Baghdad Provincial Council President, Riyad Al-Adadh, for impersonating the council’s president.
The attached document showed Al-Kaabi’s legal claim that the parliament approached the public prosecutor to initiate a criminal complaint against al-Adadh for impersonating the president of the Baghdad Provincial Council and conducting letters bearing his signature as head of the provincial council.
