Al-Halboosi receives the Minister of Transport
The Parliament’s Speaker Mohammed al-Halboosi, on Monday received the Minister of Transport, Mr. Nasser Hussein Bandar al-Shibli.
The meeting discussed the need to develop the various transport sectors, raise the level of their performance, and adopt international standards in providing the best services to citizens.
The meeting stressed the necessity of continuing work in the large port of Faw, as it is of great importance for reviving the Iraqi economy and contributes to providing a number of job opportunities for young people.
It also discussed the file of establishing Mosul International Airport as it is an essential step for the advancement of the governorate.
