Al-Haddad sponsors the graduation ceremony of the first inevitable session for the employees of the General Secretariat of the Council of Representatives for those who deserve promotion and honors the high achievers.

Under the patronage and presence of the Deputy Speaker of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, Dr. Bashir Khalil Al-Haddad, the Parliamentary Development Institute held today, Thursday, 5/8/2021, a graduation ceremony for the first inevitable session of the employees of the General Secretariat of the Council of Representatives for those who deserve promotion from the job grades of the middle administrative leaders. The ceremony was attended by the Deputy Secretary-General of the Council, Mr. Sadiq Juma Hamid, the Director-General of the Parliamentary Development Institute, Mr. Saad Fayyad, the General Managers, the lecturers, and the employees participating in the session.

The Deputy Speaker of the Council delivered a speech in which he valued the efforts of the organizers of this session and considered it a positive step that the promotion sessions for employees within the Council, He also blessed the efforts of the Parliamentary Development Institute through its implementation of the programs and plans of the legislative institution to achieve reform, raise the administrative and parliamentary reality, Developing the capabilities of the Representatives and providing the necessary support to exercise their legislative and oversight functions and their daily work in the committees. Al-Haddad stressed the importance of holding promotion sessions for employees, Strategic management, and development of cadres and human resources capabilities to achieve the required goals, improve performance and develop skills to reach more successful results. During the ceremony, the Parliamentary Development Institute presented the Institute’s shield to the Deputy Speaker of the Council in appreciation of his efforts and sponsorship of the Institute’s activities. The top participating employees and lecturers were honored.
