Al-Halboosi receives a delegation from Konrad German Foundation

The Parliament Speaker Mr. Mohammed al-Halboosi received, on Monday, a delegation from the Konrad German Foundation for Political and Research Studies (KAS).

The meeting reviewed the nature of Konrad Foundation and its activities in Iraq and the future projects to be launched in coordination with government institutions and civil society organizations to prepare and train youth cadres in decision-making and policymaking at various levels in the country.

H.E. affirmed during the meeting the importance of keeping communication between the Government institutions and the organizations and the international research foundations with the aim of establishing the foundation of the state and national reconciliation, the establishment of the principle of dialogue, capacity-building and training for government departments and civil society organizations.
