Al-Halboosi attends the graduation ceremony of the first batch of American University students in Duhok

The Parliament Speaker Mohammed al-Halboosi on Thursday, attended the graduation ceremony of the first batch of students of the American University in Duhok with the participation of the President of the Kurdistan Region Nechirvan Barzani, Prime Minister Masroor Barzani and a large number of officials in the region, in addition to the US Ambassador to Iraq Matthew Tueller and a number of Iraqi university presidents, where His Excellency greeted the graduate students wishing them a bright future.

The Parl. Speaker had a meeting with the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government Masroor Barzani, during which he expressed his pleasure to visit this scientific edifice and the graduation of the first batch of students who will reinforce the progress of the region and all of Iraq, and discussed the relationship between Baghdad and Erbil and ways to develop it, emphasizing the need to resolve all controversial problems between the federal government and the regional government in accordance with the Constitution and start a comprehensive and openness dialogue of both parties to confirm the historic partnership between them in building a united federal multilateral Iraq.
