‏Al-Halboosi inaugurates a field hospital in Baghdad to treat people with Coronavirus

 

‏The Parliament’s Speaker Mohammed al-Halboosi, on Tuesday inaugurated a field hospital in Baghdad to treat people infected with the Coronavirus, in the presence of Minister of Health Dr. Jaafar Sadiq Allawi, head of Iraqi Forces Alliance Dr. Mohammed Tamim, MP Ziad al-Janabi, Governor of Baghdad, Mr. Mohammed Jaber al-Atta, and Deputy Minister of Health Dr. Jassem al-Falahi.

‏The hospital is located in Tuwaythah area, in Rusafa side of Baghdad, near Ibn al-Khateb Hospital, which is equipped with all medical supplies with a capacity of 130 beds to treat people living with Cornnavirus and quarantine.

‏It is noteworthy that the hospital was established on the initiative of the Parliament’s Speaker Mohammed al-Halboosi, and by the donation of the people of Anbar to the Baghdad Governorate, under the supervision of the Ministry of Health and the Baghdad Governorate, while other hospitals will be opened in the governorates of Anbar, Najaf and Ninawa within the same initiative.
