the Deputy Speaker of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, Dr. Bashir Khalil Al-Haddad, Directs on Tuesday 14/7/2020, In a phone call with the Kirkuk Police Directorate to conduct an urgent investigation and immediate follow-up to the incident of the Kirkuk General Hospital that took place yesterday by arresting a patient infected with corona after the death of his wife with the same virus, Under the pretext of breaking one of the medical devices, Al-Haddad indicated the necessity of maintaining medical devices in hospitals by citizens, especially respirators, At the same time, the patients ’psychological state must be taken into account, and Al-Haddad demanded that the defaulter be held accountable, whether from hospital cadres or police personnel. His Eminence directed the representatives of Kirkuk governorate to follow up the case and investigations, Al-Haddad called on the security authorities and the specialized departments to prosecute all those who try to break the law, create problems and take all strict and deterrent measures. To prevent the recurrence of those incidents that harm everyone and threaten social peace.
