Al-Halboosi receives the President of the Iraqi Media Network
The Parliament’s Speaker Mohammed al-Halboosi received on Wednesday the head of the Iraqi Media Network, Dr. Nabil Jassem.
The meeting discussed the work of the network and its development plan, and the need to take reform steps that enable it to perform its role independently, away from political influences and pressures, and to be a free media outlet that represents the voice of the nation and the citizen.
His Excellency the Speaker stressed the parliament’s support to any step that contributes to improving the performance of the Iraqi media network and its neutrality.
