Al-Kaabi: All legal measures will be taken against the so-called “Moeen”, and the judiciary is the decisive factor

In response to a statement stated by “Moeen al-Kazemi” to a local media that there is an interrogation of the governor of the central bank and that Mr. Hassan al-Kaabi the first deputy speaker prevents this interrogation, we would like to inform the so-called Moeen that the council of Representatives has a committee formed for the purpose of interrogations in which any MP out of 329 members submits a request for interrogation so this committee examines it and shows its legality and then submits it to the Presidency of the Council of Representatives.

We challenge “Moeen” to presents an honest document of what he said,  knowing that the First Deputy has been since the day he assumed the position and is still to the moment defending the rights and funds of the Iraqi people that were wasted during the previous and current federal governments, and previous and current local administrations, including the “Baghdad Governorate Administration” When “Moeen” was president of its governor council where millions of dollars were wasted in fake projects and deals. It was better for him to follow up on them and not to engage in the political projection of a person who devoted himself to defending the rights of the Iraqi people and his hands were not stained with the forbidden money of The Iraqi people.

We will take all legal procedures and the independent Iraqi judiciary will be the judge between the sincerity of the called “Moeen” claims and the incorrect media statements.
