Al-Haddad confirms that the Council of Representatives’ decision to dissolve itself on 7/10 paves the way towards early elections, which were among the most important demands of the masses.

The Deputy Speaker of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, Dr. Bashir Khalil Al-Haddad confirmed that the House of Representatives’ decision to dissolve itself on 7/10 paves the way and creates the appropriate atmosphere towards holding early elections on 10/10, Which was the most important demands of the masses, and thus the Council of Representatives fulfilled its requirements with the aim of holding elections and the success of the political process for the next stage, as well as its efforts in the legislation of the election law, the law of the Independent High Electoral Commission and the amendment of the Federal Supreme Court law.

The Deputy Speaker of the Council indicated that the passage of the federal budget was an important step in addressing the demands of different segments, youth, the rights of low-income people and the poor classes, and developing projects in the governorates, adding that the Council of Representatives had deleted Article 20 related to a tax deduction and reducing the salaries of employees and retirees, The budget also included transfer lecturers, administrators, writers, guards, and service employees to contracts, appointing medical and health professionals, allocating funds to the petrodollar fund for governorates producing crude oil, and other materials and articles to do justice to all segments of society.
