Al-Halboosi receives the Emirati Ambassador
The Parliament’s Speaker Mohammed al-Halboosi, on Thursday received the ambassador of the United Arab Emirates, Mr. Salem Issa al-Za’abi.
The meeting discussed bilateral relations and ways to enhance them, and cooperation between Iraq and the United Arab Emirates in all fields.
The ambassador handed over to the Speaker of the Parliament an official invitation from the Speaker of the Federal National Council, Mr. Saqr Ghobash, to visit the United Arab Emirates with the aim of developing parliamentary relations, parliamentary coordination and unifying views between the two councils in various parliamentary forums in a manner that serves the interests of the two brotherly countries and peoples.
